Morgan Lyon Cotti, Ph.D.

Associate Director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics

Morgan Lyon Cotti is the Associate Director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics where she manages the local and legislative internship programs and contributes to the Hinckley’s political analysis and research. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, an MA in Public Policy from Brigham Young University, and a PhD in Political Science from George Washington University. She has worked in politics and policy at the state and federal level for more than two decades, completing research on a wide array of issues, including electoral politics, voter turnout, and public opinion.
