Meghan Monroe is the Lead of the Dignity Index Youth Division, where she focuses on enhancing K-12 education implementation. In this role, she believes the Dignity Index helps students develop empathy, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills, all of which contribute to fostering a positive school culture. By learning to navigate disagreements with respect, students are empowered to create inclusive, collaborative environments where diverse perspectives are valued and constructive conversations can flourish.
Before joining Unite, Meghan gained extensive experience in education, serving as educator in Washington D.C. public schools. She has also worked in the EdTech space as a Learning and Development Analyst and Client Success Manager..
Meghan is a proud HBCU graduate, where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Morris Brown College, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Howard University, and a Post-Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Washington University.
