Join the Dignity Community Fund. Become a founding member as an individual supporter. When you give to the Dignity Community Fund, you help more people learn how to choose dignity instead of contempt in their families, workplaces, schools, and communities. 

Choose the membership level that feels right for you. You can give once or set up a recurring gift. Founding memberships begin at $60 per year which is $5 per month.

The Neighbor level helps you stay connected to the heart of the Dignity Index community. You’ll be part of a private Circles group where conversations stay thoughtful and grounded, receive quarterly webinars with Dignity Index leadership, and get an annual impact report showing the difference your support made throughout the year.

NEIGHBOR

$120/year (or $10/month)

The Listener tier keeps you closely tuned in to the work. You’ll get everything in the Neighbor level, plus early access for Dignity Index events and a special invitation to join quarterly leadership webinars 15 minutes early (or stay afterward) for a short members-only Q&A with our guest speaker.

LISTENER

$300/year (or $25/month)

Bridge-Builders help shape how the Dignity Index grows. Along with all Listener benefits, you’ll receive early access to new resources before they’re released, the chance to participate in members-only votes on select creative decisions throughout the year, and an invitation to join a live Community Advisory Session — a small focus group where you can share input on upcoming tools, ideas, and pilots.

BRIDGE-BUILDER

$600/year (or $50/month)

Upstanders stay directly connected to the people shaping the work. Along with all Bridge-Builder benefits, you’ll receive an invitation to a small quarterly Community Lab Q&A with a Dignity Index leader — a chance to bring real questions and explore what’s emerging in the field. You’ll also receive an Upstander-only resource created exclusively for this tier, plus the option to have your name listed in the annual impact report.

UPSTANDER

$1,200/year (or $100/month)

The Peacemaker tier offers a deeper, more intentional level of insight. In addition to all Upstander benefits, you’ll be invited to an annual members-only briefing with two Dignity Index leaders — a behind-the-scenes conversation about what we’ve learned, what’s ahead, and how the work is evolving. Peacemakers also receive reserved seating at in-person Dignity Index events when available, an early glimpse of Summit plans or major upcoming releases, and the option to be acknowledged at the Summit.

PEACEMAKER

$5,000/year

Partners join a small group of supporters who help shape the future of the Dignity Index. Along with all Peacemaker benefits, you’ll receive an invitation to an intimate roundtable with Dignity Index leadership where members can ask questions, share insights, and engage directly in forward-looking conversations. When possible, you'll be invited to join events where Dignity Index leadership is presenting in your area. Partners are recognized in both the annual report and Summit program, receive one consult call with Dignity Index staff to help bring the work into their organization or campus, and gain first preview access to major upcoming releases.

Empowering the Dignity Community:
Providing everyday people with toolkits, skills training, and resources to promote dignity in their lives, creating a groundswell of change through grassroots efforts and community engagement.

Fostering Dignity in Government:
Partnering with governors, state legislators, and locally elected officials to promote dignity in leadership, fostering collaboration and driving meaningful cultural change across political landscapes.
