Madeleine Jones is a Field Director for the Dignity Index. She has been with the Dignity Index since its pilot at the University of Utah in 2022. She was so inspired by the project that she became a co-founder of the Students for Dignity. 

Today she is tasked with building student groups on college and university campuses, teaching community and corporate groups the Index, and advises organizations on ways they can implement the Index to create a dignity culture.
